Terms of purchase
Welcome to ECOESTIC AB and our website, ecoestic.se. These general terms and conditions (\ the Terms \ ") apply when you as a consumer place an order via ecoestic.se and associated pages (\" The Website \ "). The terms constitute an agreement between you and ECOESTIC AB, Org. No. 556737 -2254 (\ "ECOESTIC \" or \ "Vi \").
Your package will be packed and shipped within 24 hours. Normal delivery time is about 1-3 days, during high season it may take longer.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the mail, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 195 (incl. VAT) for our work with handling the goods.
The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the actual order value - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. If the order value is less than SEK 400, a shipping fee of SEK 79 (incl. VAT) will be added. For order values ​​exceeding SEK 400, we offer the shipping cost.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Card payment
You can pay with Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Swish and Maestro directly on the website. Payment is made securely via Klarna. When you pay by card, none of your card details are stored with us.
Our invoicing takes place in collaboration with Klarna AB. Payment terms are 14 days (SEK 0 in fee). In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is payable with the statutory amount (currently SEK 29) and interest on arrears.
Klarna Account (partial payment)
You pay any amount per month. The lowest amount you can pay is 1/24 of the amount remaining and no less than SEK 50 each month. You can when you want to pay the entire remaining amount. An administration fee of SEK 29 will be added to the invoice. Read the complete terms and conditions here.
Receipt / Order Confirmation
When you place an approved order, you will receive an email that is valid as an order confirmation.
PRICES
All prices include VAT of 25%. Should VAT change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices by the corresponding amount. We reserve the right to make typographical errors.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINT
Right of withdrawal
We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to apply on the day you receive your order or a significant part of it. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in a substantially unchanged condition. As a customer, you have the right to inspect the product, but you may not break seals or try the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for both the return cost and that the product arrives intact. Always contact customer service by email before returning an item.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to companies. In the event of an approved complaint or cancellation of a purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days. When exercising the right of withdrawal, please use the address at the bottom of this page.
Complaint
If your product is damaged or faulty, you must complain about the product within a reasonable time. We recommend that the complaint is made on the back of the delivery note. Describe the error carefully and indicate if you want a new item or your money back. In the event of an approved complaint, we will of course reimburse you for any return shipping costs.Complaints use the same address as for the right of withdrawal that you find at the bottom of this page
PERSONAL DATA
We process all personal data that you provide in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL). We guarantee that no information about you is sold or used for advertising from third parties, but only used internally by us. Your e-mail address is used for the order confirmation as well as for other information about your order and a monthly newsletter. If you want to change the information or be removed from the register, please contact our customer service. Information about your order is handed out to Klarna if you have chosen one of Klarna's payment options with us. Facts and price information are provided with reservation for printing errors, possibly. incorrectly specified technical specifications and for final sale.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent's permission to order from us. Attempted fraud is always reported to us by the police.

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through ECOESTIC and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon ECOESTIC , unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of ECOESTIC .
Price and Payment
Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.
Delivery
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a service / product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services / products.
In case ECOESTIC has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ECOESTIC have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by ECOESTIC .
Unclaimed packages
If you have chosen to pay by COD (Cash on Delivery) your delivery will be held for you by the local post office for four weeks. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Returning products / services
Returning a service / product is to be done on your expense, unless the product / service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products / services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, ECOESTIC will pay for the delivery of the replacement product / service. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us. -in the case of a service: make the material available to us, unless this poses significant stress to your person.
Return Policy
ECOESTIC return period is 14 days.
ECOESTIC shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service.You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product ECOESTIC will pay to send replacement products and / or services.
In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. You do not qualify for our return policy if:- The service you have purchased was commenced with your consent during the return period.

When returning a product / service:
- You are obliged to keep the product / service in the same condition as when delivered.

Force Majeure

Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
